Key2VIP LLC. a Nevada limited liability company hereinafter referred to as WBLLC. Although WBLLC works in good-faith with included venue partners, resellers, advertisers, and subsidiaries there of, and with the public to offer "VIP-line / no-cover" packages to a number of Las Vegas nightlife establishments, WBLLC, resellers, advertisers, and subsidiaries there of, are not responsible for any admissions related problems or issues you may experience with Vegas Passport nightclub credentials. WBLLC, resellers, advertisers, and subsidiaries there of, do not guarantee any VIP services of any kind at any of the establishments listed or in the included packet. Terms of admission may change at the sole discretion of any of the participating establishments listed in the packet. The holder of the Vegas Passport has the ultimate responsibility to make sure the information in said passes are current and accurate. Certain blackout dates and exclusions apply. Holder is further responsible for following: all venue rules, dress codes, restrictions, etc. of each of the included establishments. WBLLC, resellers, and subsidiaries there of, shall not be liable for personal injury, damage or property loss from the acts, omissions or negligence of any person or entity involved with WBLLC, resellers, advertisers, and subsidiaries there of. WBLLC are not responsible for any inconvenience that may ensue, if you are denied access for any reason, including but not limited to the above mentioned. Clubs and Venues are subject to change without notice. WBLLC is not responsible for time spent in VIP line. VIP nightlife products and services and Key2VIP, LLC printed material has no cash value over and above purchase price.
Black Out Dates:
December 22- January 2 (New Year's)
(Super Bowl weekend)
(Memorial Day weekend)
August 28 - September 3 (Labor Day weekend)
October 26 - October 31, 2007 (Halloween)
Return Policy:
Key2VIP, LLC will accept returns of the VIP Nightlife Products/Services if:
Original Seal is unbroken, or if all passes and printed materials are present and Passport Package was purchased through a Vegas-Passport retail outlet. A 20% restocking fee will apply for each Package returned. Some Reseller partners reserve the right to no refunds or cancellations.
Venue Admissions/Fire Code:
No matter who you are or what type of access credential you carry, when a club reaches maximum capacity NO ONE gets in due to Fire Code regulations; Bachelor Party Vegas and nightclub venues must follow local and state fire-codes and are not responsible for inconveniences based upon LAW. That said.... Passport suggests that you get to the most popular clubs early, see review book for details.
